AFN LANGRANA SHARE & STOCK BROKERS PVT LTD (AFN Langrana) is one of the leading stock broking firm established in 1989 and incorporated to Private Limited Company on 4th October 1996 under the Companies Act, 1956. We have grown to the present status of sufficiently large enough Paid-up Capital and Net Worth with the ever growing plans strongly indicating continuous growth on these two essential fronts. Today we are a well-diversified financial services firm offering a range of financial products and services.

Memberships

Our Company holds valid registration from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) towards Corporate Memberships of two leading Stock Exchanges of India viz. Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of (India) Limited (NSE) and of Central Depository Services (India) Ltd (CDSL)

VIsion

The main objective of the Company is to carry on the business of shares and stock broking and that of investment counselling.
With the Registered and the Main Operating Offices situated in the prime location at Dalal Street, Fort, Mumbai and the network of branches, Remisiers and Authorized Persons at other strategic locations, the Company is in the position to render the service efficiently to large number of well diversified client base with strong concentration on retail clients including High Net Worth (HNI) Individuals.

Management

The emergence of the present organizational strength of the Company with a sound financial base is from a small time beginning as a family business as sole proprietorship is the result of long drawn experience in this specialized field of stock broking. Besides the financial strength, “AFN Langrana” today is powered by the three full time Directors viz. Mr. Aspi F. Langrana, Mr. Framroz A. Langrana and Mr. Neville A. Langrana possessing amongst themselves a well balanced combination of professional qualifications and rich experience in the diverse fields of Finance, Banking, Insurance and Systems Management. The Management team is headed by an academically well qualified EX- Senior Bank Executive. The Company has engaged well qualified professionals at all levels and is powered by full time Compliance Officer in the executive cadre.
